About Us
Minimusic has been providing DJ Hire and Mobile Disco Services in the Sydney Metropolitan Area for the past 30 years. A total of 40 years "hands on" experience has witnessed our involvement in the provision of DJ services for many of Sydney's 4 and 5 star hotel chains and premier reception venues including the Hilton, Travelodge, Holiday Inn, Rydges, Vibe, Park Royal and Sebel to name a few. In that time we have serviced all types of parties, functions and events from christenings, kids birthdays, 18th birthdays, 21st birthdays, engagements, weddings, corporate events, school dances and night clubs. In fact Minimusic's track record speaks for itself as we have consistently catered for up to a thousand shows per year for 30 years. These numbers speak for themselves... think about it... that adds up to a lot of satisfied customers who simply keep coming back. In other words the standard of quality of our service, our equipment, and our highly sought after DJs are what these discerning customers expect... and indeed this is what you can expect. Minimusic's challenge then, is to provide a quality DJ service at the best price possible... the ability to harness "value for money" without sacrificing the quality of what you get. If you have had a quote from us you no doubt are already convinced of the keeness of our prices, particularly if you have been "shopping around" to compare costs. The reality is that our prices are commonly 100s of dollars less than many of our competitors prices for an equivalent DJ service. The key to this cost saving and standard of quality lies in the structure of our organization. Minimusic does not use sub contractors... all our equipment and music is owned by us... all our DJs are our own employees, are trained by us and work exclusively for us. This enables Minimusic to achieve a consistent standard for equipment and DJ. When you hire a Minimusic DJ you will know that the business you have engaged is the business that will be providing your service and not some other 3rd party operator engaged by the business you originally engaged. This outsourcing of work incurs commissions and adds an element of the unknown in terms of DJ and equipment... It is an escalation of cost and risk at your expense... That's right, in the end you will pay for what you get, without getting what you paid for ! Minimusic has the confidence to trade on the strength and quality of our ongoing DJ and Disco services . We don't take a "non refundable deposit" from you when you make a booking with us. Instead you can book a DJ without any payment or deposit and even pay the full amount of the cost of the service on the night of your party. Other operators prefer to "reel you in" at the outset... maybe because you might find better value... or it might be because you might find better service... or maybe that value, quality and service you're looking for is right here, but without the unnecessary obligation.
